  • This 16 week program is designed to create a strong and functional body.

  • It is centralized around motions that can be used both for aesthetics and for self-defense.

  • Highlighting specific muscle groups that will be used for dynamic motion and powerful execution.

  • All programs include 1 weekly conference call and guided readings.

 

Fundamentals-program

($85/week sessions)

  • 16-week program

  • Designed to create strong fundamentals.

  • Prioritizing overall strength while incorporating compound muscle group motions.

  • Includes combat oriented exercise routines.

Focused-program

($119/week sessions)

  • 16 week focused program

  • Includes “Fundamental-program”

  • Additional Round-Timed circuit routine options.

  • Focuses on the sharpening the motor/sensory circuitry through scientifically studied cognitive and somatic drills. The goal is to fine tune the muscle responses and prime the mind to respond immediately and intensely.

  • 16 week Dynamic program

  • Includes: “Fundamental-Program” & “Focused-Program”

  • Highlights “Scenario-based” combat techniques.

Offering large scale intensive workshops to support focus groups and both youth/adult collectives.
