WHAT MAKES YOUR PROGRAMS DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER PERSONAL TRAINING REGIMENTS?
First and foremost this is not a Personal training regiment it is a Transformational Fitness Program. A "living program" that is constantly adapting to a person's specific needs, is critical to any lifestyle change. The goal is not bigger muscles (although you can develop your musculature) and numbered goals; such as "I want to lose 50lbs" (although if this is your goal we will meet it). The goal is to develop the tools of self improvement, nutritional discernment and superb health.
WHAT KIND OF THINGS WILL WE BE DOING ON A WEEKLY BASIS IN YOUR? PROGRAM?
I believe that in any walk of life "Strategic Goal Setting" is fundamental for progress. We will be constantly setting, reviewing and refining our progress and goals. Rediscovering Anatomy & Physiology, we will follow a series of online workshops that are meant to equip you with the tools to improve your relationship with your body's structures and mechanics.
We will have weekly readings and discussions including topics like: Micronutrients, food science, psychology and other inspirational reads.
All this, complemented with weekly conference calls, (including your fitness sessions) is how I am committed to serve.
WHAT IF I'VE NEVER BEEN TO THE GYM BEFORE?
Then chances are you don't have any of the bad habits that people who tend to be in gyms do. The major key is that the world is your gym, your home is your gym and everyday you can improve and become your own personal role model.
The aim is to develop a joy with the process of self-improvement, push past self-doubt, conquer insecurity, develop confidence and fulfill your fitness goals. The gym, the park, your living room and most importantly your kitchen will develop into places of transformation.
